Through sisterhood and guidance around my fears and desires, Desire Incubator helped me expand and get me out of my own way. I created and launched Women Photojournalists of New York from this experience - a dream I had for 11 years. The group has grown from 2 to almost 100 women in a week and I feel confident in holding space for many more to come. We all have each others backs and take each other higher. - Bonnie
